I thought you could take a travel kettle providing it will switch itself off - tea is awful via room service it needs to be boiling water to make a decent cup of tea. The mini suites and full suites had kettles in the cabins as a throwback from when she was the Adoni.

Princess cruise ships do not have any tea making facilities in their cabins and do not allow you to bring your own kettle. There is tea and coffee available 24hours in the horizon court or you can order room service at any time.

First time i done cruise on island cruise in 2003 i took my kettle with me as you dont know how far away you were from 24 hour services you can allways go and bring tea back to your cabin.
