The people we have met on cruises who have paid for drinks in advance, if they have just been 'normal' drinkers haven't been able to drink all they are allowed, as there are certain restrictions. So far, we are pleased to say, we haven't come across anybody on our cruises who have drunk too much and become a nuisance.
