Berlitz, as usual, are right, there are several minuses to Princesses larger ships including the fact that you have to allow a lot more time to get around it but this you have to put against the pluses and check it out against other 4 star ships and they are in the same points area. I like Princess and their style but I prefer their smaller vessels....Ida Dow.

Thank you very much for your answer Ida Down, (like it!) but with the greatest of respect, you didn't address the specific points about the cabins and the ice cream/orange juice. Is this really correct as most cruise lines now seem to supply an unending free supply of these.

Yes...yes and ..yes Towels leave something to be desired for a major cruise line. There is space under the bed for cases but we found that drawer and hanging space limited and yes you are charged for ice cream which I find inexcusable and FOJ......still like the line though....Ida Dow.

Presumably you can still ask the cabin steward for a towelling robe if you find the towels too smal.

We went on diamaond princess two years ago and was not impressed at all. Its a fair cruise. Cabins mediocre. They pack them in and pack them high.
