The two previous answers are correct the US dollar is readily accepted throughout the Caribbean. If you are in Barbados it is worth saying Bajan or US dollars when they quote, say a taxi price. The Barbados, or Bajan, dollar is worth half the US dollar and you can mistakenly overpay if you don't check. ...Falan Dow.
