I have cruised on the Freedom of the Seas which is the sam class of ship as the Independance of the seas I had an E1 cabin which I think is the same as an E2 the cabin was of an exceptional standard but a bit smaller than I have had on other cruises but that is expected from these brand new ships, these cabins are located all over the ship so you need to check you cabin number against the deck plan.
